Sinus headache is caused when there is inflammation in the paranasal sinuses. So before coming to know about sinus headache let us understand what paranasal sinuses are.

PARANASAL SINUSES

Paranasal sinuses are air filled cavities which are located behind the nose at the base of the forehead and below the eye sockets.

The paranasal sinuses are of four types:

  • Frontal
  • Ethmoidal
  • Maxillary
  • Sphenoidal

Are you aware of ALCOHOL HEADACHE?

There are various chemical triggers in the diet which causes headache. It is difficult to identify these triggers. Among them alcohol is one of the most common frequently identified dietary triggers. Previously it was found that people who consume lot of tobacco and alcohol are at higher risk of cancer associated with oesophagus and drinking of burning or very hot liquids increase chances of such tumors. What is Osteoarthritis
