HEADACHE DUE TO ACIDITY/CONSTIPATION-
Headache due to acidity is caused mainly because of absorbing toxic products from the colon. At the time of constipation the uneliminated and undigested food gets putrefied and it releases toxic materials, acids, etc. This toxins and gases gets released into the blood and causes irritation in nerves and nerve cells mainly of head. This irritation of nerve cells inturn leads to headache.
Over eating of oily and cooked foods leads to indigestion which inturn causes severe headache. This is mainly seen in feast and parties where people eat heavily and mostly at irregular time which is accompanied by nausea and vomitting.
Further various diseases and medications taken also release toxins in the blood which is also a cause of headache. Paint, petroleum products inhaled by us by breathing also enters the blood and this can also cause headache. Intake of excessive acidic food like sugar makes the blood acidic and produces the headache as described before because of irritation of nerve cells.
This toxemic headache pain is felt normally all over the head region or in some cases just in frontal region.
Try the following things if you face this situation-
1. The effected patient should drink atleast eight to ten glasses of water every day, try drinking 1 glass of water for every 2 hours. The patient should also drink 3-4 glasses of water as soon as he wakes up in the morning and this helps in activating the bowel movements.
2. Train your body to evacuate (passing stools) twice a day every morning and evening. This will prevent the release of gases from the undigested food.
HEADACHE DUE TO HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE – Headache due to high blood pressure is mainly because of pressure within the arteries mainly in the smaller arteries specially in the brain. Headache due to blood pressure is mainly experienced at the back of head and it is more severe when the person wakes up in the morning.

Dear Sachin, without physically examing the patient we cannot say anything. For BP it can be due to various causes including your occupation. All I can suggest you is focus on fibre diet, try to eat only vegatable diet and maintain a friendly environment at your family and work. Keep talking to your surrounding friends and family members so that you will avoid frequent thinking (if there is any).
